An exam is included at every preventive visit. If anything needs attention, Dr. Sandhu explains what he found, what your options are, and what happens if you wait. There is no pressure to schedule treatment on the spot.
Oral Cancer Screening: Why It Is Part of Every Visit
Oral cancer is most treatable when it is caught early, and early-stage oral cancer often has no symptoms. Dr. Sandhu performs a quick visual and physical screening at every comprehensive exam, checking the lips, tongue, throat, and tissues inside the mouth for anything unusual.
The screening takes just a few minutes and is included at no extra charge.

All patients, including children. We recommend a comprehensive exam every six months for most patients. If you are new to our practice, we will take a full set of X-rays at your first visit.
