It was easy to schedule an appointment. The front staff was very professional and accommodating and empathetic. Ollah, The dental assistant was professional, communicated clearly the details of what she was going to do before she did it out of courtesy, was cheerful and completed the x-rays. Dr. Sandhu, was very good, completing the exam and cleaning with a little discomfort, which is expected, but overall, I was very pleased with his work and my experience at Manzanita Dental group.

12 teeth extracted, walked out, procedure completed, 52 minutes later! Heck, the numbing part took the longest, with the extraction maybe taking 15 (20 tops) minutes (the top 6 were out in 5 minutes!). Virtually pain free for 10 of the 12! (The last 2 he informed me were going to probably hurt a little, and they did! But he let me take a break after each one, which was nice!) Everyone I've talked to, sounds like I had GREAT experience for a 12 tooth extraction - and I agree! VERY positive experience!

I suggest that the employees at this company get a paid vacation, more time off, possibly some time at the spa where they can relax and unwind, also a nice meditation retreat and some time practicing yoga. Hour long lunches and if they don't have one a break room where they can unwind and is made to feel relaxing and homely. They have to spend a lot of time fixing people's teeth and deserve the best treatment.

I’m extremely scared of going to the dentist and the doctor and staff were so understanding gave me all the time that I needed to get my self together, when I said stop he did when I was scared they reassured me that everything was going to be ok , I’m a big baby when it comes to any kind of shot and I barely felt him numb me the first one of course I felt but he waiting for that to kick in before he went in for more!! He was very professional and very caring and very very gentle!!! He even joked around with me a little bit to make me smile and laugh a little even tho I was in so much pain he really went above and beyond what he HAD to .. the office was very clean and smelled good the front staff was very nice as well even tho the girl gave me a little bit of a hard time saying how Could you be so scared with all those tattoos.. obviously, she’s never had a bad experience but the lady that did my Scheduling for my fillings was just a doll! I would definitely recommend this doctor for kids and people like my self that are very sensitive and scared of going to the dentist it was not unpleasant at all it was fast and Sufficient!! The doctor was a god sent i literally could not eat or talk I was in so much pain !!! Thanks doc and staff I really appreciate you and make sure you tell the girl up at the front not everyone handles the dentist like a boss I felt like I was 5 but I was very well taken care of!!

I feel like this office list to my needs for my denture reline The dental assistant I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was so sweet and listening to me and just being so kind. The dentist also was very kind todays world. I believe zero effort to be a decent human and that’s all I ask Thank you ☺️

It’s a great office. The staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. The doctor is amazing, honest, and very gentle on procedures. They take a great care of their patients. 11/10!

The dental office itself is very clean and the dentists are kind and professional. Unfortunately, the receptionists at the front desk are very rude and unwelcoming. Their attitude really takes away from the overall experience and makes the office look bad.

Been waiting a while to change insurance and be able to write a review. Finally I'm free of this place, this dentist is rude, dismissive and doesn't do great work. Temp crown that wouldn't stay in for more than a couple hours, permanent crown that fit so poorly it changed my bite line. Never had an issue with the front office staff.

First experience was not pleasant at all. Disappointing even.One of front desk workers was unprofessional and rude showing attitude. One of dentist worker was also unkind. I don’t understand how and why would a professional treat someone unkindly if you don’t know the person? especially at work. Lacking professionalism and showing little respect to new patients. Not looking forward to coming back.
